Leading the Automation domain with 5 product teams focusing on business efficiency and delivering our data as value to our customers. Automated 25% of our customer-facing processes while increasing customer satisfaction in half a year. Introducing and migrating all customers to new SaaS plan doubling conversion and gaining +24% MRR. Exploring new markets and defining our expansion strategy for the business. Responsible for the Monetization and Expansion strategy of our Saas product which I introduced in 2019 and now represents 45% of the total revenue.

As a product manager at Sendcloud, I am responsible for the long-term product strategy and roadmap. I use my background in UX design, analytical and research skills to assess business potential and talk to developers about the feasibility to propose solutions to our board. I regularly talk to our users and to new stakeholders to explore new opportunities. I make sure large cross department projects get executed such as onboarding improvements, retention and entering a new market. For half a year, I took over the role of Product Owner for one of the three product teams consisting of 8 members that focuses on Consumer-facing products. With the team, we rebuilt the entire return portal, which resulted in a 50% increase in the amount of returns done via Sendcloud.

Started as the first UX Designer in this scale up introducing how UX design can guide product decisions. The value and influence was quickly recognised and helped to the pivit the product roadmap as a whole more towards improving core features, instead of adding more new features based on gutfeeling. I did this by combining both customer stories - qualitative data (calling, visiting and emailing) to create understanding and show its potential business impact with quantatitive data (surveys, data, research). I am responsible for the entire cycle all the way from the initial research up front, to concept mapping, wireframes, lo-fi prototypes, visual design, hi-fi prototypes with testing in between each iteration and being there for the developers when the design is build to clarify the last details. I like to collaborate with all the departments to get different perspectives on the same subject. For example, I organised a Design Studio's to get the entire company synced and ideate about the new upcoming project. I was also responsible for expanding the team by hiring 2 more UX Designers and will continue to work building UX maturity within the company.
