I've spent 4+ years delivering Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud for clients in financial services, tech, and home services. I hold 7 Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I, App Builder, and Marketing Cloud Developer.

What I typically work on: end-to-end CRM implementations, custom Apex and LWC development, Flow Builder automation, Marketing Cloud campaigns with AMPscript, third-party API integrations, and dashboards that give leadership real visibility into what's happening.
