*Conducting operational efficiency diagnostics(organization, processes, resources) and designing organizational targets integrating performance, digitalization, and cost optimization challenges.*Coordination of local, European, and global teamsto ensure strategic alignment and coherence of transformation initiatives.

• **Management and coaching of 15 to 20 project managers**, internal and external, with managerial structuring, skills development, and methodological expertise.

*Support for teams in implementing Lean Six Sigma practicesand cross-functional governance mechanisms, promoting the strengthening of a performance culture and sustainable adoption of methods.*Resource optimizationand performance improvement with a budget of €2.8m, generating €6.5m in savings in 2019, an ROI of 2.3.

*Right-hand person to the Operations Directorfor management activities of the Department (15 Business Units – 2019 Budget: €86m – 1,300 employees), i.e.,Finance(Budget development and indicator monitoring),Human Resources(Recruitment, headcount monitoring, training, relations with HR Department and Staff Representatives),Quality(KPIs and objective monitoring), Operational Risks (Business Continuity Plans, Information Security, etc.),Internal Communication(in French and English).*Close partnership with the HR Department and HR Business Partnersto support organizational transformations, including preparation of legal documents and monitoring of social plans.*Operational deployment of strategyfrom a Finance, HR, and Project perspective, and monitoring of execution.*Management of Cross-functional and Strategic Projectsfor the Department.
