■ Project 1: Employee Insurance Data Protection. Implementation of technical and organizational confidentiality measures to ensure employee insurance data is processed by a limited number of managers. SAFe and SCRUM team coordination.

■ Project 2: Implementation of a compliance monitoring solution. Support for the DPO in developing a call for tenders. Sourcing and pre-qualification of suppliers. Drafting specifications. Testing solutions proposed by bidders. Coordination of MGEN GIE IT stakeholders: architecture, information security, external hosting audit. Negotiation with the selected bidder. Steering the implementation of the selected solution.

■ Project 3: Securing non-production environments. Inventory and cross-functional study of all non-production IT environments, plus external environments. Risk analysis. Prioritization and work packaging according to business requirements and a balance of effort and risk. Anonymization of non-production IT environments according to the approved trajectory.
