First implementation of the CSE after exceeding the threshold. Remotely and on-site.

Deliverables over the 3 days of the mission:

- Staff count;

- Execution and monitoring of the electoral operations calendar;

- Mandatory postings and invitation to unions to negotiate;

- Drafting of the pre-election agreement protocol and negotiation with 3 unions (CFDT, CGT-FO, FO)

- Support for the polling station in conducting electoral operations, assistance in drafting and transmitting minutes.

Long-term global HR support, operational and strategic, 2 days per week.

The challenges:

- supporting the growth of a company where everything moves fast: decisions, growth, staff, team structuring...

- implementing processes, creating new internal career and training paths,

- managing operational and daily HR tasks, including payroll (Mysilae)

- securing legal matters, managing litigation, setting up and co-managing the CSE

- Recruiting, headhunting, retaining talent, thinking about employer branding by integrating diverse profiles, from logistics to sales, communication, or commercial.

Keeping feet on the ground, adapting tools while projecting future evolution!

In the lead-up to the Olympic Games transport operations: Taking over the recruitment project (nearly 300 freelance and fixed-term contract recruitments to be made in total, 90 remaining upon my arrival). Staffing and schedule management.

Execution of employment contracts and amendments.

During operations: HR presence on-site, employee management, contract terminations, negotiated departures.

Management of variable payroll elements (Payfit).
