Lawyer specializing in criminal law, personal injury compensation, civil law, and labor law. I assist my clients – both individuals and professionals – in the strategic management of their litigation and legal issues.

In criminal law, I ensure the defense of accused individuals at all stages of the proceedings (police custody, investigation, trial) as well as the assistance of victims in the recognition and compensation of their damages.

In matters of personal injury, I work alongside victims of accidents (road traffic accidents, assaults, accidents of daily life, medical errors) to ensure a comprehensive assessment of their damages and to obtain fair and full compensation. I assist my clients during medical examinations and in negotiations with insurance companies.

My practice also covers all aspects of civil law: family law (divorce, parental authority, alimony), personal law, contract law, civil liability, and construction law (defects, ten-year liability, construction disputes).

Finally, in labor law, I assist employees and employers in managing employment relations and labor court disputes (dismissal, conventional termination, harassment, contract reclassification).

My approach is rigorous, strategic, and focused on finding concrete and effective solutions, whether for prevention, negotiation, or litigation.

For several years, I held the position of Legal Counsel for the Civil Chamber and the Juvenile Court of Bourges.

In this role, I was responsible for the complete legal analysis of cases and drafting decisions. Specifically, I investigated cases on the merits, conducted necessary legal research, qualified the facts, and drafted reasoned draft judgments and orders, which were then submitted to the judges for validation and signature.

I thus played a central role in constructing the legal reasoning and formalizing the decisions rendered.

This experience gives me in-depth knowledge of the internal workings of the courts and, above all, a precise understanding of how judges analyze cases, structure their reasoning, and assess the arguments of the parties.

Within the Civil Chamber, I handled various disputes, particularly in contract law, civil liability, and construction disputes.

At the Juvenile Court, I worked on cases related to educational assistance and child protection, involving a fine analysis of family situations and human stakes, in conjunction with social services and various stakeholders.

This experience has allowed me to acquire solid legal rigor, a great capacity for analysis, and a deep understanding of the internal workings of the courts.

This immersion in the heart of the decision-making process is now a major strategic asset in managing my litigation files.

In parallel with my legal work, I teach at ECEMA – Collège de Paris, to Master 1 and 2 students (Human Resources, Management).

I teach various branches of law: contract law, criminal law, criminal procedure, commercial law, as well as cross-cutting subjects related to the legal environment of businesses.

My teaching was aimed at students in professional training, which required a pedagogical approach that was both rigorous and pragmatic, focused on the concrete understanding of legal issues in the business world.

I thus developed the ability to simplify complex notions, structure clear legal reasoning, and transmit an analytical methodology adapted to academic and professional requirements.

This teaching experience now strengthens my ability to explain, advise, and support my clients with clarity and pedagogy, even on technical issues.
