Design and development of a native iOS application using AI vision (GPT-4) to analyze and score items in real-time.

The user photographs their item using the integrated camera (AVFoundation), the image is sent to an AI API that generates a score out of 10, detailed sub-scores (cleanliness, style, brightness, arrangement), a personalized comment, and concrete improvement advice.

MVVM architecture with iOS 17 Observation framework (@Observable), local persistence via SwiftData, and in-app purchase management with StoreKit 2 for the freemium model (limited scans in free, unlimited in premium).

Sign in with Apple authentication, cross-device synchronization via Supabase, and serverless backend (Supabase Edge Functions in Deno/TypeScript) to secure calls to the OpenAI API.

Application localized in 4 languages (French, English, German, Spanish) with an automated App Store deployment pipeline.

On this mission, I took the iOS lead to design and launch from scratch a SwiftUI application dedicated to the installation and management of eSIMs internationally, from technical scoping to App Store production release. The objective was clear: deliver quickly without compromising on reliability, performance, and UX.

I structured the technical foundation around an MVVM + Clean Architecture with Combine, dependency injection, and global state management, to ensure maintainable and scalable code from the early versions. On the product side, I developed the key user flows in SwiftUI (advanced navigation, adaptive interfaces, animations via matchedGeometryEffect, fine-grained control of focus and sheets) to achieve a fluid user experience on iPhone.

For sensitive topics, I implemented secure authentication with JWT token management in Keychain and persistent sessions. I also scoped the exchanges with the backend via API interface contracts, then integrated the essential components of the mobile ecosystem: Zendesk SDK, Firebase, and AppsFlyer.

Result: an iOS application delivered on time, a technical foundation ready for product evolution, and a simplified eSIM journey for the end-user.
