Drafting specification documents and organizing kick-off meetings to ensure effective coordination. Analyzing quotes and negotiating with suppliers. Ensuring communication within the GME regarding mechanical studies. Supervising mechanical studies carried out by subcontractors (NCC, Aloris, Blue-Eng, Bilfinger, etc.).
