    Project Context
    As part of post-Fukushima reinforcement and to enhance the safety of its nuclear facilities against external threats, EDF has initiated the equipping of all its nuclear power plants with local Crisis Centers (CCL). To realize this project, Valiance (FAYAT Group) plays a crucial role as a co-contractor within the main consortium (Demathieu Bard Construction – Dalkia – Valiance) responsible for designing and constructing these CCLs, focusing on aspects such as electricity, control systems, fire detection, and testing.
    Achievements
    In this project, my role involves: Preparing tender documents for equipment and support calculations. Drafting specification documents and organizing kick-off meetings to ensure effective coordination. Analyzing quotes and negotiating with suppliers. Ensuring communication within the GME regarding mechanical studies. Supervising mechanical studies carried out by subcontractors (NCC, Aloris, Blue-Eng, Bilfinger, etc.). Managing the interface between suppliers and Valiance (GME) on one hand, and between Valiance and EDF on the other, to ensure smooth collaboration.
