Hello,
At the end of my semi-professional sports career and as technical/pedagogical manager of a football club, my question was (How to optimize a team?). This led me to pursue a DU in Collective Intelligence.
Methods like Art Of Hosting, World Café, Open Space Technology, and Co-development are processes I use.
Furthermore, I spent 4 years working with people far from employment, co-designing and facilitating soft skills workshops on stress management, Nonviolent Communication, and Ikigai.
My company WIWIKA, meaning "To accompany, to lead someone" in Aztec, aims to address organizational complexity. All these contents and processes will bring a higher level of efficiency to the accompanied organizations.
Self-discovery workshops, alternating theory and practical application to optimize learning, will provide solutions to organizational, communication, decision-making, and other issues.
