Management of the PLEIADE product for train subsystems, in liaison with business and IT teams. Collection and formalization of user needs; drafting of functional specifications and monitoring of their implementation. Planning and coordination of deployments: preparation of go-lives, test management and support for business teams. Administration and functional maintenance of the product database (PLEIADE / SQL). Design and implementation of performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools (Excel VBA, Power BI) for activity monitoring. Management of the backlog of incidents and anomalies, prioritization of corrections in collaboration with development teams. User support: drafting functional guides, conducting training sessions and change management within teams.

Development and updating of detailed cost models for train subsystems (HVAC, coupling, etc.) to manage product competitiveness. Analysis and challenge of technical and commercial supplier offers to identify cost reduction levers. Support for Purchasing and Engineering teams throughout the project cycle (from tenders to final phases) with a Design to Cost approach. Organization and facilitation of cost reduction workshops (Design to Cost) with internal teams and suppliers. Development of cost calculation and analysis tools (Excel, VBA, databases) and implementation of Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring. Active participation in savings plans and prevention of budget deviations (cost avoidance). Training and support for users on costing tools. estimation

Cost estimation for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects in the Oil & Gas sector, at various stages of progress (conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED). Application of estimation methodologies based on capacity factors and equipment factors (GSimu) to ensure the consistency and reliability of economic evaluations. Analysis, structuring and visualization of historical cost and performance data to identify trends and improve the accuracy of estimation models. Communication of estimation results to project teams and clients, highlighting key assumptions, methodologies used, and associated risks, through clear and concise reports and dashboards. Contribution to the digitalization of the estimation process: development and improvement of templates, automation tools, and data management rules to enhance the reliability and efficiency of deliverables.
