We joined the Convelio development team, focusing on creating and improving business products for clients.

The Low-code team's mission was primarily focused on assisting and digitizing the processes of operational teams (sales, finance, logistics, etc.).

Here are some examples of what we implemented:

Belfor is the leader in claims management.

To improve the operational efficiency of its teams and enhance their customer NPS scores, we developed a complete ERP system allowing teams to track and process incoming service requests.

Result: a 30% increase in NPS and fully digitized processes.

To win this project, we had to demonstrate the security/confidentiality and performance level of the solutions we use.

We are also the first to obtain the renowned DARVA Homologation, allowing us to store and process highly confidential data related to insurance and claims management.

Since then, we have been regularly involved in developing specific applications for precise needs.

To improve the logistics and tracking of a charitable association's campaigns, I developed a no-code application accessible on mobile and web.

This association provides meal boxes to the needy and gifts to children during holiday seasons.

The goal was to have a digital, simple, and user-friendly solution for non-technical users.

This application includes:

- Management of donors and each donation made

- Management of volunteers based on their respective roles (delivery drivers, phone operators)

- Beneficiaries for whom meal box and/or gift deliveries for children need to be organized

- Specific donation and delivery campaigns that take place throughout the year

Here is the sequence that occurs during a new charity campaign:

1) A new campaign is created in the application

2) A list of potential beneficiaries is made available to the phone operators who call each beneficiary to confirm their interest in meal boxes or gifts

3) Each interested beneficiary is added to the current campaign with a single click

4) A list of donors is also generated to communicate about the ongoing campaign and donation needs

5) Once the campaign lists are finalized, a delivery driver is assigned to each beneficiary. Each driver can then access the list of addresses to deliver from the application, with a detailed Google Maps route and the ability to confirm when the delivery has been made
