Within the Architecture and Academy department of the Strategy Innovation Solutions Directorate of CA-GIP Crédit Agricole. The context of the mission is to support the Architecture and Academy department in implementing Data governance within CAGIP.

This involves strengthening the department in Data-related activities, Data Governance, and Data Architecture with a Data Mesh focus.

Work performed:

1) Assist the Head of SIS Data Strategy in implementing the Data Mesh approach, in collaboration with the Data Office:

• Constitute the mapping of Data Domains, in conjunction with the IT landscape mapping of CA-GIP SI

• Review Data Governance roles

• Consider the committee structure and potential impacts on the architecture methodology

• Benchmarking for the choice of a new Data Catalog

• Lead the Data Catalog POC on the OpenMetadata tool

2) Monitor the deployment of the first Data Domain, the Observability Data Domain, in a consulting capacity on:

• Observability Data Domain methodology

• Concepts and standards for log/metrics/traces/events objects

• Construction of the Kafka exchange zone

• Constitution of the Data Domain's Data Catalog

3) Study of the repositories:

• Study of the existing situation:

• Architecture of the flows

• Data model

• Functional descriptions

• Description of characteristics

• Proposal for new reference data management

Data Architect for the Smarter project within Edenred. The project is a unique, open, multi-benefit platform (meal vouchers, gift vouchers, holiday vouchers, well-being allowance, remote work allowance...) serving as a common foundation for profitable and sustainable growth, innovation, and differentiation.

Project teams: the project is part of the architects' team for the Smarter project.

Work performed:

• Proposal and Design of the Smarter data exposure architecture according to the Data Mesh architecture

• Benchmarking of technical solutions for the customer repository

• Benchmarking of technical solutions for data modeling tools

• Proposal of the DevOps pipeline architecture for data modeling

• Writing guidelines and architectures on Confluence

• Support in finding solutions for technical blockages

• Proposal of new technical tools and solutions

• Interaction with Edenred's technical and data teams

Big Data Architect for the Mosaic project within ITIM/SRO. The project is focused on combating fraud and cybercrime, based on innovative Machine Learning and Big Data technologies. The objective is to continue improving the performance of the Mosaic system in the already covered areas and to cover new areas (new payment methods, new entities, etc.). It also involves supporting the migration of Mosaic from the old Hortonworks platform to the new Cloudera platform.

Project teams: the project is part of a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Web/API JAVA developers, cybercrime experts, and architects.

Work performed:

• Scoping of functional requirements

• Proposal and Design of the overall solution architecture

• Writing and updating of ADs (Architecture Documents)

• Support in finding solutions for technical blockages

• Proposal of new technical tools and solutions

• Interaction with the Mosaic project and migration teams (GTS, ITIM, BSC)
