At Zalando, I accompanied the Agile Transformation from the beginning.

As Scrum Master and Project Manager for A/B Testing, I introduced Scrum in an interdisciplinary team of frontend developers, backend developers, and data scientists, and then took responsibility as Lead Senior Scrum Master for 5 Scrum teams in the area of A/B Testing and Tracking.

I led the OKR process and defined OKRs in collaboration with Product Owners, Team Leads, and the team.

Furthermore, as Lead Program Manager in Compliance and Information Security, I was responsible for a PMO team.

At New Zealand's largest retailer, I implemented an ambitious multichannel expansion strategy through several initiatives.

As a Business Analyst, I defined, among other things, the requirements for the relaunch of the website, a mobile app, and a mobile website, and coordinated the technical implementation with internal and external UX designers and developers.

I also coordinated A/B and MVT testing.

At Amazon, I was responsible as EDI Program Manager for complex EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integration projects and acted as the interface between the business, the Scrum development teams, and Amazon's global logistics partners and suppliers.

In this role, I was responsible for the planning and execution of EDI projects in Europe in the areas of Transportation, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), and Procurement.

For example, I was instrumental in the technical implementation of SameDay Delivery (DHL) and the integration of 3PL services, and introduced new standardized electronic message processes (delivery notifications, sales reports, order changes) for Amazon Europe.
