Portfolio of 6 million pound projects, designing and developing future GB control room. Collaborating closely with various directorates within NESO to develop a comprehensive roadmap outlining the innovation projects necessary to achieve a smart, AI-based control room of the future and deliver it.

Lead the execution of identified innovation projects, overseeing all aspects from conceptualization to implementation, 6M projects in portfolio.

Validation and Transition to Production.

• Define, coordinate, and lead the transition of energy balancing capabilities and IT tools in GB's Control Room from current systems to new ones. In collaboration with product teams, SMEs, and Control Room users creating a migration strategy and detailed delivery plan achieve ESO's net-zero goals.

• In addition to my core role, I initiated, driving and coordinating 3 critical innovation projects with IBM, Smiths Institute and Oxford university in a cross functional work across several ESO teams

• Established a new bottom-up methodology to map balancing actions to legacy tools and processes in order to conduct a gap analysis between balancing mechanism (BM) legacy system and Open Balancing Platform (OBP)

• Actively involved in external stakeholder management

• Champion for Wellbeing, Ethic's & Domestic Abuse.

• Facilitated seamless collaboration with the delivery team, leading to the successful implementation of two impactful BM releases.

• Enhanced BM's roadmap to incorporate crucial PEF requirements to meet our BP2 milestones.
