• Used LangChain (RAG), and Speech to Text to deliver an FNoL assistance solution which optimised Claims processing time by 35%, reducing an operational reinsurance spend of €1 million in two countries.

• Led the architecture and development of fast (P90 of 40ms) OPA-based authentication and authorization microservices, crucial for securing multi-tenant data and optimizing platform performance.

• Initiated and drove AWS cost optimization strategies, yielding €1.25 million in savings through strategic contract renegotiation, service migration, resource rightsizing, auto-scaling implementation, and FinOps practices, directly contributing to the company's botom line in a rapidly growing environment.

• Led the identification and implementation of platform availability and security best practices (defining SLOs/SLIs), resulting in 97% platform availability and achieving ISO 27001 certification, underscoring a commitment to a reliable and secure SaaS offering.

• Successfully implemented a hybrid LeSS and Scrum@scale agile framework, reducing lead time for API, backend infrastructure, and data/ML use cases by 40%.

• Led a global initiative to modernize business metrics across 7 brands in 17 markets, by building foundational reusable, reliable data products enhancing KPI reporting accuracy and efficiency for Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain department's efficiency.

• €2.5M cost reduction in last mile box delivery: ○ Assembled cross-functional team to deploy neural networks reducing last-mile delivery costs from €3 per box across three markets (delivering 820K boxes/week). Worked directly with HelloFresh France CEO, architecting multi-variate deep learning models processing real-time logistics data for dynamic route optimization. ○ Built end-to-end deep learning pipeline incorporating box classification, reinforcement learning for

route planning, and delivery preferences.
