Ultimately responsible for the delivery of up to 5 in-house recruitment functions, leading teams of Talent Partners, across the UK, Europe, South Africa and APAC, and ensuring that each team executes and delivers on their objectives.
• Clients included;
○ Zappi (MarTech SaaS business. Took over failing partnership to a successful 2-team Rec function. Created structure research & process for Senior Leadership hiring in the UK & US)
○ Survitec (Managed a team of up to 6 Recruiters, delivering on over 40 live roles a month)
○ Revantage (Part of Blackstone Group). One person delivery on all corporate roles, including Senior Exec Hiring)
○ Montagu (One person team delivering all corporate roles. Set up formal research and Exec Hiring processes for Senior Leadership hires at this prestigious Private Equity firm)
○ Bionic (First Source, screen and present on Field Sales roles)
Responsible for supporting clients with strategic projects and help to build and run internal recruitment functions to meet each client's needs.
Special Projects:
○ Wrote a white paper on developing our own Sourcing Centre of Excellence, which was signed off by the Board, to develop a new agile function for the business to deliver a pure Source, Screen & Present service for our clients.
○ Ultimately responsible for go live, including setting objectives, deliverables and recruiting Sourcing Specialists for the team
○ Instrumental in drawing up a project brief to develop our own Tech stack to better enable our Recruiters to do their job.
Wrote and delivered various training modules for the company, including "Internal Executive Hiring", "Using Tech in Recruitment", "Using ChatGPT & generative AI as a Recruiter" & "Sourcing for beginners".
