An ISEB qualified Workday testing expert with 20 years testing experience (15 years in management roles and 10 years specialising in Workday) and a track record of developing and delivering robust test strategies to test a wide range of complex systems for blue-chip companies. Specifically for Workday phase 1 or phase x implementations as a Workday test manager role, I have delivered for Unilever, AstraZeneca, DS Smith, Keurig Dr Pepper, Hempel Group, Ocado Group, Munters AB, Wallenius Wilhelmsen on behalf of Deloitte, Tobii Dynavox and Equinor on behalf of Deloitte. Those contracts have been focused on global HR transformation involving migrations to Workday and integrations with FieldGlass, SAP Ariba, ADP, Microsoft Entra ID, Kronos, SHAPEiN, amongst other systems. Workday modules including HCM core, recruiting & onboarding, core & advanced comp, expenses, benefits, talent & performance, learning, absence, time tracking, US payroll, workforce adaptive planning and Prism reporting.

Key strengths include: a deep knowledge across static, unit, integration, system, end-to-end, payroll parallel, UAT, regression, data warehouse, data separation and data migration testing as a result of migrating system or M&A; assembling and managing global teams and instructing testers across up to 113 countries and interfacing with 50+ 3rd party vendors, embedding a high performing culture that leads to superior defect identification, analysis and resolution; developing collaborative relationships with Business, Supply Vendors, 3rd Party Development and Project Teams to optimise project delivery; establishing and managing effective test environments, owning the defect management process and providing test and defect progress management information that can be effectively used by programme boards to steer a project.
