Specifically, I handle the training of your key users and end-users, the design of your training materials, the optimization of your HR processes, and the management of your projects using Agile methodologies.

But my training goes beyond tools. It also includes the skills that truly drive projects forward: Agile project management (PMI), communication, situational leadership, stress and conflict management – all the soft skills that transform your teams into change agents, not just software users.

I also support VSEs, SMEs, and growing organizations that don't yet have a structured HR department but want to save time, reduce errors, and scale smoothly. Together, we identify time-consuming tasks, implement the right tools, and automate your HR and administrative processes – recruitment, onboarding, contract management, reporting – so you can focus on your core business.

What sets me apart? I've been on both sides: operational HR and PMO on multi-site projects. I understand the constraints of your managers, the fears of your teams, and the demands of your IT department.
