Within URSSAF, I worked as an international mobility officer, with a strong focus on social security law and labor law.

My work primarily consisted of:

analyzing the situations of employees on international mobility (secondment, expatriation, pluriactivity) with regard to affiliation and social security contribution rules;

applying national, European, and international standards for the coordination of social security schemes;

providing legal security for individual situations by determining the applicable regime and the employer's reporting obligations.

I also participated in:

the processing of complex cases requiring in-depth interpretation of legal texts;

exchanges with employers and institutional partners to ensure correct and consistent application of social law;

the reliability of procedures, in the interest of legal security and public service.

These missions allowed me to develop a rigorous analysis method, a mastery of the issues related to the territorial application of social law, and the ability to handle international situations with significant legal stakes.

I work as a lecturer for first-year law students, teaching Introduction to Law at the University of Law of Lille.

In this role, I am responsible for:

leading tutorials on fundamental legal concepts (sources of law, hierarchy of norms, application of law in time and space, legal reasoning, distinction between facts and legal acts, etc.);

providing methodological support to students, particularly in understanding court decisions, analyzing legal texts, and constructing legal reasoning;

developing and grading assessments (continuous assessments, mock exams, case studies, course questions);

monitoring students' academic progress, with a focus on rigor, high standards, and improvement.

This teaching experience informs an approach to law that is structured, pedagogical, and grounded in fundamentals, and enhances my ability to make complex legal concepts accessible while maintaining a high level of intellectual rigor.

Within the French Human Resources department of the Prysmian group, an international industrial group, I worked as an alternate jurist in social law and social relations, in close collaboration with HR teams, operational staff, and social partners.

My scope of intervention covered individual and collective labor law, with a cross-functional legal support role on social issues within France.

I assisted HR teams on various topics, including:

analysis and securing of employment contracts (permanent, fixed-term, contractual clauses, mobility, non-compete);

management of disciplinary situations (qualification of facts, procedural compliance, drafting notes and letters);

legal support for contract terminations (dismissals, severance agreements, resignations);

issues related to working hours, leave, and the application of collective agreements.

I actively participated in:

the legal preparation of employee representative bodies (CSE, committees);

the monitoring and analysis of collective agreements (company, group);

securing practices regarding social dialogue and relations with trade unions;

preparing files related to collective negotiations (NAO, specific agreements).

This experience within an industrial group allowed me to develop a pragmatic and secure approach to social law, the ability to handle issues with significant human and financial stakes, and a keen understanding of compliance requirements in a structured, multi-site environment.
