Digital Transformation of the Siemens Healthineers Hearing Aid Supply Chain wanted to transform the paper- and desktop-based Medicare system they offer as XaaS (Hardware and Software as a Service) and carried this out with my project as a pilot project. I was selected because I had done a similar transformation for BMW.

Digital Health Ecosystems: End-to-End Leadership Lead the complete digitization of traditional hearing aid care to a fully cloud-based, integrated digital health platform with over 500 daily transactions and 98% system availability.

Digital Supply Chain & Factory Integration: Transformed the entire repair and warranty processing into a fully digitized system:

● Integrated Inventory Management: Real-time connection between clinics, warehouses and production facilities

● Automated RMA Processes: Digital damage reporting, tracking and repair processing via cloud platform.

Automotive Software-Defined Vehicle Transformation APTIV developed the first of its supercomputing platforms, initially intended to function as a vehicle ECU (Advanced Driver Assistance System). This created a computer system that can transmit and retrieve data from the BMW cloud to improve driver assistance.

Strategic ECU Platform Leadership: Led the revolutionary migration from Linux to QNX embedded systems for BMW DAS ECUs, unlocking a $2 billion market opportunity through advanced real-time architecture and software-defined vehicle capabilities.
