Ramon Cransveld

• I lead and manage my teams first/second line support and infrastructure services in Northern and Western Europe, ensuring high availability and performance of IT systems. We provide support to users and customers, as well as fully automated environments with robots and drones.

• I manage the team of project managers for Northern and Western Europe. This team is largely responsible for new construction, acquisitions, ensuring existing buildings meet customer requirements, as well as legislation and DSV standards.

• Development and implementation of IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives, DSV standards, and the wishes of the various clients who use our services within the relevant building.

• Appointed in 2024 after the acquisition of DB Schencker by DSV. My task was to integrate the HR platforms, Blue and white-collar users, and the IT environment into the current DSV system. Coordinating and monitoring all aspects, and also acting as the point of contact for all VPs in the Benelux, UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia.

• Manager of project managers, IT operations (1st and 2nd line support), and infrastructure management for the Benelux region.

• Implementation of strategic IT projects throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg to support regional business objectives.

• Managed multiple projects from start to completion, ensuring they met scope, time, and budget requirements.

• Monitored project progress, identified risks, and implemented mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

• Delivered various internal courses and workshops.
