On the financial side:

• - Second signatory with the President of the NGO or their representative, of the NGO/Association account opened for each awarded lot. Thus, the Project Manager cannot have any direct family relationship with the President or their designated representative (spouse, collateral relatives, children, parents);

• - Manages with the NGO President the funds from the Regional Nutrition Office (ORN) in accordance with current accounting rules and standards while maintaining separate accounting for the Program account. He ensures the validity of supporting documents and the maintenance of cash and bank journals available and on sale in bookstores;

• - Ensures store monitoring

• - Ensures monitoring of the nutrition protocol

• - Ensures the movement of Plumpy Sup stocks

• - Ensures the monitoring of the school canteen

• - Ensures the survey with different school staff (School Principals, Teachers, Students, Cooks)

• - Ensures the completion of the consumption logbook for observation during this monitoring

• - Prepares the monthly school canteen report

• - Under the coordination of the WFP Supervisor and under the direct supervision of the External Supervisor, carries out all tasks of collecting, correcting, and validating information at the household and community level
