Global role across several international clients

- L3 technical referent within mixed teams (juniors + seniors), handling complex P1/P2 incidents and critical requests

- Administration and optimization of VMware vSphere, Nutanix, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments

- Operation and security of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Entra ID, hybrid identity

- Contribution to DR/BCP projects: design, implementation, restore tests, documentation

- Writing procedures, runbooks, and PowerShell/MSGraph scripts (automation, access management, hardening)

Internal ILEM infrastructure (Switzerland)

- Local infrastructure O&M: VMware clustering, Citrix, NetApp storage, Veeam hardened Linux backup

- Dell server firmware/driver upgrades (iDRAC, lifecycle management) with vendor support

- Windows 10 golden image management (VDA multisession), quarterly patching or accelerated in case of 0-day

- Azure Blob cloud extension + immutable repositories

- L3 Active Directory Support (2 domains ~350 users): GPO, DNS, access management

- Entra ID Administration + advanced Azure AD Connect troubleshooting (hybrid synchronization)

- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 server migration projects → 2022, occasional maintenance of a legacy 2008 R2 server

- Exchange Online & Purview Management: eDiscovery, archiving, specific business requests

- Handling security tickets and vulnerabilities via Microsoft Defender MDR + Darktrace (automated Centreon tickets)

- Cross-functional support for M365 integrations (application email sending, third-party solution prerequisites)

- Occasional troubleshooting of Veeam and associated solutions (UniFLOW printing).

- M365 Support (access, identity, collaboration) and interface role with external providers

- Citrix Virtual Apps 7.15 LTSR (MCS) Troubleshooting: logon issues, profiles, performance

- Multi-site interventions (Spain, Russia...) supporting operational continuity and geopolitical constraints (replacement of non-US interconnection equipment).
