Emeria (formerly Foncia) embarked on a significant challenge to develop a cloud-based software platform to manage its entire business scope (syndic management, rental management, real estate transactions, etc.). I was recruited by the new CTO as a senior developer to contribute my technical and software architecture knowledge, working with others to get the project back on track.

Scope 1 (Real estate transaction management)
Analysis and diagnosis of reliability and performance issues of the real estate transaction management tool.
