For 7 years at Clarins, I managed high-stakes transformations: omnichannel redesign of the central warehouse (ERP, 4PL, Scallog goods-to-man solution), end-to-end structuring of a Supply Chain back-office for a launching brand, Group HR transformation PMO alongside the Chief People Officer.

Prior to that, 2 years at Keyrus Management as a People & Change consultant for SNCF, Keolis, Chanel, IMA, L'Oréal.

What I do concretely

→ Scoping: I translate a vague business or executive committee issue into an actionable battle plan (objectives, milestones, RACI, budget, risks).

→ Management: I maintain the roadmap, lead steering committees, coordinate service providers (software vendors, integrators, 4PL), unblock issues, and engage teams.

→ Change Management: I prepare frontline teams and management so that the transformation is adopted, not imposed.

→ Executive Reporting: I make progress and decisions to be made visible, in executive language.
