I have been working in a law firm in Paris since October 2020.

- Fundraising (pre-seed, seed, Series A);

- Issuance of securities (BSPCE, BSA, etc.);

- Corporate law advice.

Each assignment must be covered by a fee agreement – fees will be set based on the type of assignment.
