• Implementation of collaborative tools - Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive to centralize files, manage tasks, and facilitate communication.

• International market research and strategic analysis (logistics, delivery, immigration) with competitive report writing.

• Implementation of a cross-platform mobile application (Android/iOS) with Flutter, integrated with Google Firebase for authentication, storage, and data analysis, with an ASP.NET Core API backend.

• Implementation of a CI/CD pipeline on Google Cloud Platform, automating the deployment of the backend (ASP.NET Core API on Docker) and the mobile application on Firebase App Test via Fastlane.

• Code audit and conflict management with an external provider, skills transfer, and project migration to GitHub and OVH Cloud.

• Implementation of a QR code generation solution, using asynchronous processes and multithreading (batch processing under ASP.NET Core).

A startup client wanted to quickly establish its online presence and digitalize its internal processes. They needed a reliable Cloud infrastructure, a user-friendly website, and an ERP to centralize invoicing, CRM, and project management.

I was responsible for assessing their needs and designing a suitable technological solution. My role covered setting up the technical environment, developing an optimized website, and integrating an ERP to simplify their operations.

Development of a project plan considering cost and deadline constraints.

Vulnerability scanning (ZAP) followed by necessary patches implementation.
