I completed my professional internship at Sinergia Tecnología, actively participating in IT systems administration and maintenance tasks. During this period, I gained practical experience in managing technological infrastructures, technical support, and IT security in business environments.

My responsibilities included server maintenance and monitoring, web server administration, backup management, network configuration, and technical issue resolution. I also collaborated on implementing security measures for the protection of systems, data, and communications, as well as optimizing the performance of work environments.

Additionally, I provided office support to users, installed and configured equipment, operating systems, and corporate software, contributing to the company's operational continuity and the improvement of internal processes.

This period allowed me to gain a global perspective of the corporate IT environment, develop practical technical skills, and work synergistically with different technology departments.

After completing my internship, I was hired by Sinergia Tecnología as a systems technician, where I worked for four years on technological infrastructure projects for public organizations and national and international companies.

During this period, I worked on the administration, maintenance, and optimization of servers in Linux and Windows environments, SQL database management, VPS server deployment, and virtualized systems administration. I participated in the implementation of perimeter security solutions, web security, and corporate email protection, ensuring operational continuity and the protection of critical data.

I was part of technology projects for city councils, hospitals, and large companies, as well as for leading national companies such as El Pozo and Iberchem, providing specialized technical support, secure infrastructure design, and scalable solutions adapted to each environment.

My work focused on improving system performance, service high availability, proactive monitoring, and resolving critical incidents, working closely with technical teams and IT departments of large organizations.

This experience allowed me to consolidate a solid technical profile in systems administration, cybersecurity, and high-level enterprise infrastructure.
