In an ever-changing world, where uncertainties and difficulties are a given, many managers are wandering how to grow and take the Marketing effort to the next level, or that a breathing space is needed and that a fresh view is needed to unlock Marketing potential, reset or adjust the Strategy and activities across the different channels... I bring in two decades of experience in Strategy and Marketing, with both strategic and operation perspectives, an experience achieved working within large companies as well as SMEs and Startups. I have built several Marketing Strategies and plans across an array of different audiences, in both B2C and B2B environments, and successfully managed their execution, across channels and agencies, either with small teams or collaborating in large matrix environments.

I drive Marketing Strategy with Passion and sticks to two principles:

First, have a clear focus on and a robust understanding of the customers and audiences we want to address... What seems an evidence is often lost in the crowd of tools, techs and metrics available on the market, or in the habits of using old tools and processes. It’s vital to understand what can truly be meaningful of the business!

Second, there is no generic recipe! A Marketing Strategy needs to be tailored for each business! Each company thrives on their Leaders' vision, on a culture and operations which are close to their business identity! These offer a unique stand point and always key to prop a successful Strategy execution!
