Origami Transition(my structure) is the support of a field industrial director, available quickly, to manage a site or an operational transformation for a given period.

Concretely, I intervene as reinforcement to:

• Ensure the management of a factory or an operational department during a sensitive phase (departure, crisis, major project).

• Stabilize production, ensure reliable deadlines, and improve OEE, flows, and quality.

• Structure and lead a pragmatic continuous improvement approach, driven by the field.

My approach: strong industrial experience, daily presence close to the teams, and genuine care for the human dimension to secure your results and transformations.

• Site management or operations management in transition (temporary replacement, handover between two recruitments, ramp-up, reorganization).

• Team stabilization, clarification of priorities, regaining control of key indicators (customer service, quality, costs, safety).

• Field diagnosis of flows, bottlenecks, management methods, and managerial routines.

• Concrete action plan for performance (OEE, productivity, inventory, lead time), co-created with the teams.

• Implementation or relaunch of a simple continuous improvement approach, focused on problem-solving and daily management.

• Support for industrial transformation projects (organizational change, new flows, new tools).

• Progressive integration of process automation (via n8n, Make, etc.) to ensure reliable and accelerate information exchange between teams and systems.
