The leading Sharia'a compliant UK Bank engaged me to design and implement their new wealth management platform

• Designed and implemented a Dynamics 365 platform for wealth-management digitisation, aligning with banking compliance and data-governance standards.

• Built C# plug-ins, Power Automate flows, and model-driven apps to automate onboarding, suitability checks, and approvals.

• Integrated Dynamics with on-premise systems via Azure APIs for real-time portfolio updates.

• Defined environment-level governance for solution deployment and integration, ensuring Power Platform components complied with organisational DLP, authentication, and access-control policies. The leading research university in the UK engaged me to manage the deployment of and enhancements to their

integrated student lifecycle system, built on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

• Managed the Power Platform delivery and service model for Imperial's student lifecycle platform (Imperial 360), including environment provisioning, performance baselining, and ALM processes.

• Oversaw configuration and deployment across multiple teams using shared environments, enforcing DLP and security guardrails.

• Developed Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), custom pages, and Power Automate flows enhancing process automation and data integrity

• Defined support model, release cadence, and telemetry dashboards for operational insight into Dataverse and Power Automate performance.
