With about 7 years of experience in human resources, I have held positions of responsibility in both SME and mass retail environments.
Most recently HR Manager in mass retail at E.Leclerc, I was responsible for operational and strategic HR management: recruitment, managerial support, and deployment of HR policies as close to the ground as possible.
Previously, I spent 4 years within a company where I created and structured the HR department, in direct liaison with management. As a member of the management committee, I supported strategic decisions, company growth, and the professionalization of HR practices.
