Pamela Zárate Martel

I'm Pamela Zárate Martel, a UX professional with more than nine years of experience. I have worked on government projects, airlines, financial centers, and even advertising, playing different roles: I have been a designer, strategist, consultant, and UX leader. This versatility has prepared me to tackle complex problems with creativity and methodological rigor. I'm not only dedicated to making interfaces and flows, but to really understanding what people need, which is why I love researching, creating strategies and facilitating processes.

I studied Social Communication and Marketing, and I have previous experience in mentoring, teaching, and implementing UX teams from scratch, so if there is something that characterizes me, it is my ability to adapt, learn quickly, and constantly search for creative solutions to drive the strategic vision of the business.
