In recent years, I have helped companies incorporate AI where it hurts the most: in processes that consume time, generate friction, or depend too much on people.

I have designed and implemented systems that automate information management and enrichment, allow clients to self-manage without human intervention, and make an organization's internal knowledge available in a conversation.

The result is always the same — less operational burden, faster responses, and processes that scale without hiring more people.

At JS, I lead the design and development of mobile-based solutions on various platforms.

In this area of my work life, I focused on optimizing the potential of digital solutions from all involved and necessary perspectives: from UI/UX, maintainability, infrastructure, costs, time to market, etc.

I led the design and development of the first version of the official Movistar Argentina app, adopted by millions of users. The app allowed complete self-management of services — consumption inquiries, payments, procedures — drastically reducing the load on traditional telephone support and eliminating waiting times for users.

A high-scale and responsible project, where I coordinated the technical team and made architectural decisions from scratch.
