Responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of an ERP system digitalizing the operational reality of the organization across customer relations, engineering, supply chain, product management, business operations and finance.

Translated business structure into software through stakeholder interviews and Event Storming, modelling roles, capabilities and processes into coherent bounded contexts. Functional and non-functional requirements were refined into user stories with explicit acceptance criteria and shared definition of done, ensuring alignment between business intent and system behaviour.

Designed a modular monolith structured around Domain-Driven Design strategic patterns and Clean Architecture, with each module representing a bounded context aligned with business semantics. Responsibility-Driven Design guided object modelling, establishing structural invariants that enable scalability while limiting accidental complexity and optimizing developer experience (DX) and AI agent experience (AX).

Validated architecture through an initial vertical slice using a walking skeleton approach, enabling progressive expansion while reducing structural uncertainty.

Established tight feedback loops via a test-first approach combining BDD scenarios, acceptance tests, e2e tests, domain unit tests, and architectural tests, ensuring continuous SUT verification and preservation of structural integrity.

Implemented CI/CD pipelines enabling continuous verification and delivery.

Architecture integrates CQRS and Event-Driven patterns (Event-Carried State Transfer with selective Event Sourcing).

Designed for self-hosting using open-source technologies, prioritizing sovereignty, security, and governance. Current evolution includes integration of domain-aware AI agents operating within the same structural constraints as human users.

Engaged to restore structural integrity in an existing system with high accumulated entropy and limited architectural invariants.

Refactored the codebase to introduce consistent structural patterns, reducing accidental complexity and improving maintainability across the development lifecycle. Established a process optimized for developer experience (DX) and AI agent experience (AX), ensuring clarity of interaction boundaries and predictable system behaviour.

Re-implemented the frontend application to provide coherent UI/UX and strong code quality foundations while preserving compatibility with existing capabilities through the use of an Anti-Corruption Layer (ACL). Ensured consistency of domain semantics across user interactions and system processes.

Strengthened backend security and governance mechanisms without altering core architectural foundations, improving identity, access control, and long-term operational integrity.

Designed and implemented CI/CD pipelines supporting development and production environments, enabling continuous verification and delivery while keeping stakeholders continuously informed of system evolution.

Ensured platform sovereignty through self-hostable infrastructure and open-source technologies, supporting security, governance and long-term control over business-critical systems.
