In the context of the redesign of a branch of GRTgaz's IS, the RIO program (Redesign of the Offer IT) has ambitious objectives at all levels, whether organizational, management, or technical. RIO is structured to apply scaled agility according to the SAFe framework within a "train" where currently more than a dozen product teams and several cross-functional teams (around 130 resources) collaborate towards a common goal. Launched in 2018, the program has scaled up gradually and is closely monitored by the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) with the ambition to finalize it by the end of 2023.

The solution consisted of managing two websites (back-office and front-office) and a solution for consuming messages from vehicles. The project was carried out in an agile framework and in compliance with good development practices (monitoring, Continuous Integration, code review, unit tests, ...)

Fullstack JAVA Developer ORGATE Project: This is a system for organizing mail carriers' routes. My mission consists of:
