Design and development of a Windows application for radiological image processing intended for a University Hospital Center (CHU).

The project's objective was to create a high-performance tool for analyzing, visualizing, and manipulating medical images (DICOM, PNG, JPEG) in a secure and user-friendly environment.

🔹 Technologies Used: C#, .NET Framework, WPF, Windows Forms, multithreading, optimized memory management, and integration of medical imaging libraries.

🔹 Key Features: loading and displaying high-resolution images, contrast and brightness filters, dynamic zoom, annotations, report export, and user rights management.

🔹 Result: a stable, fast solution adapted to the needs of medical staff, facilitating diagnosis and comparison of radiological images.

Project carried out in collaboration with a hospital team, with a strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and confidentiality of medical data.
