Member of the Design Gouv unit team, responsible for conducting surveys among users of public online services to report difficulties/problems from the field to various ministries.

This research work is supplemented by quantitative analyses based on data from the Observatory (https://observatoire.numerique.gouv.fr/observatoire) and in-depth recommendation work. These recommendations may or may not be followed by the ministry.

When necessary, production teams are supported in implementing these recommendations.

As part of my mission at Louis Vuitton, I was responsible for design sprints and UX research on several topics, including the US and China checkout tunnel MVPs. To this end, I implemented the "component" approach with the technical and creative team, and championed a new development architecture designed in parallel with the design system.

As a user experience researcher, I organize and analyze user surveys in the USA and China to identify cultural and sociological differences in usage. These user tests are qualitative and quantitative:

• Field surveys conducted with local teams in the USA and China,

• Business audits with technical, logistics, and sales teams,

• Analysis of usage data collected on the site, application, and user tests,

• Study and co-design workshops for user journeys based on usage synthesis,

• Work with the "Legal" department for GDPR compliance from the design phase

Finally, I centralize all information collected from audits and synthesis in documentation. This mission allowed me to apply my research profession within a dense, international organization with significant technical debt (accumulation of tools and technologies over the last ten years). I also applied my knowledge of data policy (GDPR and ongoing European initiatives) and sociology.
