[ODES L'OREAL Project]: Integration of the Manhattan Active WMS from Manhattan Associates in the cosmetics/luxury sector. Scope: Orléans (France) Warsaw (Poland) Prague (Czech Republic) Burgos (Spain) Manchester/Nottingham (United Kingdom) Configuration Phase:

- Configure the solution according to the needs/specificities of the client sites.

- Establish a Core and Local configuration guide.

- Establish the interface mapping between ERP (SAP) and MAWM (WMS).

SIT Phase (System Integration Testing):

- Ensure the proper integration of the solution through testing between different systems such as: TMS (DDS) > ERP (SAP) > Middleware (HIP) > MAWM (WMS) > WCS (Balea) ....

UAT Phase (User Acceptance Testing):

- Support the client during End-to-End (E2E) testing.

- Ensure the resolution of defects/proposal of enhancements.

Cutover Phase:

- Ensure data consistency + switch to the production environment.

Go-live / Hypercare Phase:

- Maintain the proper functioning of the solution in Hypercare mode.

- Ensure the monitoring and resolution of incidents.

- Ensure the upskilling of end-users.

- Ensure the upskilling of RUN teams through Knowledge Transfer (KT).

Transverse Projects:

- Train and support Interns/Junior Consultants for project onboarding.

- Establish complete training kits.

- Development of user interfaces for managing logistics flows (WMS/ERP)

- Automation of stock management operations

- Optimization of existing operational processes

- Sourcing and supplier negotiation for the implementation of on-site projects
