• Development, deployment, and monitoring of the Quality of Life at Work strategy: implementation of a Quality of Life at Work barometer, prevention and awareness actions, indicator monitoring.

• Management of health and safety at work: maintenance and updating of the DUERP (Mandatory Professional Risk Assessment Document), implementation of the action and prevention plan, steering of training and alert systems.

• Analysis and evaluation of risks (work accidents/occupational diseases), on-site interventions, and emergency management.

• Organization of team-building days and internal events to enhance well-being and team culture.

• HR support: onboarding, safety training, managerial support, and conflict management.

• Participation in health and safety meetings and relations with employee representative bodies.

- Recruitment: Pre-selection, individual interviews, management of temporary workers

- Personnel Administration: Management of employment contracts and amendments, hiring files, medical visits, accident declarations, DPAE (Prior Declaration of Hiring)

- Payroll: Payroll preparation: management of variable elements

- Personnel Support and Monitoring: HR advice, end-of-contract evaluation follow-up

- Communication: preparation of internal memos

- Reception: management of deliveries, switchboard, and external service providers
