QuickBridge — multi-tenant fulfilment command centre on SvelteKit + Express + PostgreSQL. ~927 source files, 176 tables across 50 migrations, 145+ API endpoints. 8 channel integrations (Amazon · Bol.com · Shopify · Etsy · Wix · WooCommerce · Mirakl · Kaufland), 5 carrier integrations (PostNL · DHL · FedEx · MyParcel · QLS). Immutable stock-ledger pattern (single-writer transaction enforced); async-local-storage per-request DB binding enabling row-level security; channel-normalised order model with phantom-order actionability predicate; lifecycle-state derivation from physics; customer-specific invoice engine. Security: 1Password-managed CMK secret architecture; immutable audit log to Cloudflare R2 with object-lock; WebAuthn passkeys; JWT + role-based access.

Zinapsian — personal-operations platform. Atoms-vs-projections schema discipline (four user-authored atoms; everything else derived); framework-as-system-prompt architecture (markdown frameworks load into Claude context at scan time); circuit-breakered Anthropic SDK with graceful degradation; event-driven predicate registry with auto-synthesised containment plans; multi-source signal aggregation.

Zinaps Tooling — PowerShell modules for 1Password vault + Microsoft Graph workflows.

Co-founder of Zinaps — a Dutch e-commerce and third-party logistics operation. Five years of building the operations layer that the software stack later automated.

2020–2021 — E-commerce bootstrap. Started in dropshipping and direct-to-consumer marketplace sales (Amazon, Bol.com). End-to-end ownership: sourcing, listing, pricing, fulfilment, customer service, returns, complaints. Built the customer base and revenue that funded everything after.

2021–present — Zinaps Fulfillment (3PL operations). Built and run a Dutch 3PL serving D2C brands across NL/EU. End-to-end ownership of warehouse operations, multi-carrier shipping (PostNL, DHL, FedEx, DPD), seller onboarding, financial operations, team management. Designed the carrier-cost optimisation model across 7+ product categories and 4 cost types.
