I started my career in software testing and quality engineering over a decade ago, working on enterprise applications and large-scale transformation programmes across banking, telecom, insurance, gaming, and digital platforms. Over the years, I progressed from Test Engineer to Test Lead, QA Manager, and Quality Engineering leadership roles, leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex data, cloud, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

My experience has evolved beyond traditional testing into data quality engineering, ETL/ELT validation, data reconcillitation, data migration test strategy and testing, automation strategy, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled testing. I have worked extensively with technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Selenium, SQL, Python, DBT, APIs, and CI/CD frameworks while helping organisations improve quality, reduce defects, and accelerate delivery.

Throughout my journey, I have enjoyed solving complex business and technology challenges, mentoring teams, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Recently, I have also been involved in testing AI-driven platforms and modern data engineering ecosystems.

Now, I am looking to bring this experience into the freelance and consulting space through platforms like Malt, where I can collaborate with organisations on Quality Engineering, Test Management, Data Testing, Automation, Agile Delivery, and Digital Transformation programmes while continuing to grow as an independent technology consultant.
