As the Manager of Infrastructure, Systems & Networks, my mission was:

- to carry out the overall redesign of the local and remote information system (LAN / WAN / client platforms),

- to develop the InfraWan service provision business, specializing in web hosting.

- to support the company's growth (from 15 to +70 employees). Having developed the business for nearly 6 years, from creating the service offering, to project management, to implementing operational procedures (ServiceDesk, IT outsourcing, 24/7 SLA), the Infrastructure, Systems & Networks department was known for its expertise and quality of service, on hosting platform projects for high-traffic and high-stakes sites (several million unique visitors per month). With over 250 managed systems in 06/2013 (local, testing, production, and client parks), compared to about twenty upon my arrival (late 2007), the business was growing rapidly, both in audit and IT outsourcing services, and for hosting on the production platform.
