Assistance in validating functional blue points in Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing

Project 1: Deployment of a reception center management solution for Tereos group's sugar factories, replacing the existing solution. The project aims to optimize collection, reception, and shipping processes, while ensuring smooth data integration with the 2 ERPs, the Data Platform, and upstream/downstream systems.

1. Functional and Technical Management

•Gathering processes and writing user stories and detailed functional specifications.

•Defining user journeys (Mobile, tablet, PC) with a UX/UI approach focused on business needs.

•Simplifying and optimizing business processes in collaboration with field teams.

2. Agile Management and Project Governance

•Product Owner / Proxy PO:

•Backlog management and prioritization.

•Facilitating Agile ceremonies: Planning Poker, Daily, Mid-Sprint, Burnup Chart, Retrospectives.

•Leading project committees and reporting to stakeholders.

•Delivery monitoring:

•Coordination with the integrator to ensure deadlines and quality are met.

•Definition of APIs to be exposed

•Management of risks and technical dependencies.

3. Deployment and Support

•Planning and execution of deployment in an industrial environment.

•Business support:

•Needs assessment workshops.

•Training and support for solution adoption.

Project 2: Management of the OSI PI by Aveva solution implementation project in a Tereos starch factory.

Project 3: Writing the specifications and launching the tender for the monitoring of manufacturing, traceability, and biochemical analyses of FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) to replace an obsolete current solution. Interfacing with SAP, production and consumption announcements, recipe and bill of materials monitoring. Logistics component.

•GTM Project: Cross-referencing commercial, medical, and Open Data for RMR/MSL and medical liaison teams, for a data-driven approach to field strategies.

Management & Proxy PO: Patient-Centric Projects

•Definition of oncology personas for better understanding of patient journeys and personalization of approaches.

•Launch of the Innovation Lab at Station F: A space dedicated to innovation and co-creation of patient-centric solutions.
