In particular, this last phase of the mission concerned the stabilization of NgRx stores, optimization of Nx pipelines, cache optimization and script parallelization, identification and resolution of bundle weaknesses, security issues, and optimization. Additionally, there was a focus on training and transferring skills to other team members to ensure continuity in my absence. Unit, integration, and end-to-end tests were implemented, using Jest and Cypress to ensure code quality.Finally, I automated tasks with Husky for pre-commit and pre-push hooks, which optimized the workflow. I also took charge of upskilling junior developers, guiding them in adopting these new practices.
