4Axes acts as a key intermediary between healthcare facilities and mutual insurance companies, particularly for managing hospitalizations. Operators link coverage requests with responses from mutual insurance companies, a process facilitated by Kalia, a suite of tools designed to optimize and simplify this complex task.

I had the opportunity to lead this project from start to finish, drawing inspiration from existing tools while benefiting from complete autonomy to start from a blank slate. By adopting a user-centered approach, I was able to precisely analyze the operators' real needs and design a solution perfectly adapted to their daily work.

On this project, I wore multiple hats: software architect, technical manager, UX/UI designer, Product Owner, and agile methodologies referent, thus ensuring technical and functional consistency throughout the development.

Kalia was designed as a modular platform, relying on a clean architecture that facilitates the integration and evolution of new modules as needed, ensuring flexibility and longevity.

I designed and delivered several customized QtQuick/QML training sessions, notably for companies in the industrial sector such as the rubber industry. These trainings helped teams quickly master the development of modern and intuitive graphical interfaces. The focus was on practical application in real projects, with concrete examples adapted to their environment, as well as on UX/UI best practices to optimize ergonomics and user experience.

A Design System is a toolbox composed of reusable components, allowing design and development teams to save time and improve comfort when designing and developing applications or websites.

I was responsible for Navblue's Design System for over 2 years on the development side as Tech Lead, in close collaboration with a Lead UX/UI designer. Together, we designed and developed this Design System, with a collaborative organization where each Navblue project contributed to its evolution, much like an open-source project.

This experience enriched me greatly, particularly on the Design System topic, but also on creating tools to facilitate the work of my peers, and on the autonomy and decision-making power I was granted.

Finally, I had the opportunity to work with and train international collaborators, particularly in Canada and India.
