As an HR Facilitator on-site, I currently work at SLB in Montpellier to design, coordinate, and facilitate themed days and weeks focused on well-being at work, sports, QWL, and sustainable development. I support teams in implementing actions that promote cooperation and employee engagement.

My role also involves identifying and mobilizing local expert speakers based on organizational needs.

My services include facilitating group sessions, capturing photos and videos of activities, and implementing satisfaction surveys to evaluate the impact of the initiatives.

I operate throughout France, with proposals currently being deployed at SLB in Paris.

The CopenTeam Challenge offers tailor-made, interactive, and modular programs, adapted to your teams and objectives.

To add a creative and unifying touch, a collective artistic mural can be integrated directly into the program or offered as a standalone workshop.

Each participant can express their creativity, share laughter, and contribute to a common work that reflects the team's values.

It's an original way to connect, celebrate the past year, and share a joyful and memorable moment.

Formats are modular, at your premises or partner venues, starting from €45 per person for the CopenTeam Challenge (excluding artistic mural).

Preparation, design, and execution of a 6-workshop program, with 5 eco-responsibility activities and 1 artistic mural with a painter... for 63 children accompanied by their parents. Some moments leave a special mark.

With the HR and Communication team, we imagined and co-created a unique event: inviting employees' children to discover their parents' workplace.

Supervised by their parents, the children participated in workshops on ecology, biodiversity, simple eco-friendly actions, and creativity.

Result: sincere exchanges, smiles, and new bonds between generations.

Beyond the convivial moment, this type of experience illustrates a conviction I hold through these CopenTeam "bubbles": when QWL and CSR meet, they open spaces for dialogue, pride, and collective engagement.
