Continuing in my role as a resident, I ensured customer quality monitoring from the Simoldes plant. I was responsible for handling customer complaints, analyzing defects, and implementing corrective action plans (8D, 5 Whys). I also managed the complete monitoring of project launches: participating in the validation of initial samples, preparing quality documents, supporting the SOP (Start of Production), and monitoring the first deliveries. This role also involved managing quality indicators, updating documentation related to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, and daily coordination with internal teams to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.

As a quality resident, I was assigned to the Toyota site to ensure the link between the Simoldes plant and the end customer. I managed the quality of delivered plastic parts, ensuring product control, identification of non-conformities, and implementation of corrective action plans. My role also involved daily communication with Simoldes' quality and production teams, writing quality reports, and actively participating in client meetings.
