Project: Complete redesign of the UIs for banking accounting applications. The technical foundation was reviewed with the integration of new, more modern technologies in the development of these UIs and a total or partial review of several workflows of certain historical functionalities of the application.

Project Challenges:

• The requirements are very high given the importance of the project in the banking sector.
• There is very little room for error, as the impact of a defect can be serious or very serious.
• Deadlines are very tight and the team is understaffed.

Main Tasks:
• Lead testing activities as deliveries are made by developers.
o Documentation activity required before the start of each project.
o Writing tests according to the provided specification documents.
o Receiving the deliverable and verifying its content according to the scope of the functionalities to be delivered.
o Creating execution campaigns for these tests.
o Testing these functionalities and updating their status (Success / Failure).
o Creating defect tickets as soon as one is identified, providing all necessary information and linking them to the relevant test.
